OAKLAND Up to $15,000 in reward money is being offered for the arrest of a man police say robbed the same Dimond district convenience store three times over an eight-day period.
The man had an accomplice in one of the robberies, which happened at the 7-Eleven store at 2411 MacArthur Blvd.
To help identify the suspects, robbery investigators today released store surveillance photos of them.
The most recent robbery was Sunday. Others happened Oct. 29 and Oct. 24.
Officer Ryan Goodfellow said in each of the robberies the suspect would show a gun and either have a clerk give him money from two cash registers or take it himself from the registers. The loss in each robbery was less than $100.
The robberies happened in the early morning hours, and the suspect had an accomplice with him Oct. 29.
Goodfellow said a four-door tan Ford Taurus may have been used as a getaway car. He thinks the main suspect might live in the area.
