May 12, 2008 Resident of Palm Desert 80, passed away unexpectedly May 12, 2008. Born in Foley, Minnesota, Dolores was the beloved wife of Leonard Colosimo for 58 years. Dolores and Leonard retired 7 years ago to Sun City from Rohnert Park and Oakland, California. Dolores worked for many years alongside her husband at Hi-Line Leather Co. in Oakland. She was a past President of the Alameda County PTG and was a devout and active participant at St. Elizabeth Seton and St. Cyril. Dolores is survived by her husband, Leonard, her sister Patti, her four children - Tom (Lynn) Colosimo, Sue (Gary) Russello, Jan (Doug) Saladino, Kevin (Jane) Colosimo - eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dolores' smile, kindness, selflessness and loving spirit brightened the lives of her family and many friends. She will be dearly missed. Celebration of Dolores' life will be held on Monday, May 19 at noon at St. Elizabeth Seton, Rohnert Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Dolores' memory to The Okizu Foundation childhood cancer camp (www.okizu.org).
