Dec. 11, 1921 - May 11, 2008 Former resident of Fremont Entered peacefully into rest May 11, 2008 in Mooresville, Indiana. Born December 11, 1921 in Vestal, New York he was 86 years old. Formerly of Fremont, CA he worked for 20 years as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service before retiring in the mid 1980's. He served in the United States Army for more than 20 years and was honorably discharged in 1964 as a Sergeant E-5. Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Lubbes, three brothers and two sisters. He is survived by daughters Marbeth Jordan of Mooresville, IN; Francine Hofer of Waitsburg, WA and Michelle Lang of Castro Valley, CA. Also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 21st at 10:00 a.m. at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Gustine, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to National Parkinson Foundations, Inc.
